Based at their Hartlepool Headquarters and reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, Your NRG are needing the helping hands of an enthusiastic digital marketing apprentice to support the business in reaching new heights!

As a Level 4 Marketing Apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for executing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content both online and offline, managing social media channels, creating written copy and so much more to enhance your skills and reach your true potential!

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Support the Senior B2B Marketing Executive in executing marketing strategies across the four B2B brands
• Develop and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns in line with business objectives
• Create and deliver weekly and bi-weekly email marketing campaigns targeting B2B audiences, ensuring content is tailored to each brand’s positioning
• Assist in the development of industry-specific marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and print advertisements within a structured marketing calendar
• Manage and grow the B2B social media channels, ensuring engagement and lead generation. Create, schedule, and oversee organic social media content aligned with the brand’s positioning and campaign objectives
• Develop and publish industry-relevant articles, blogs, and news stories to enhance brand visibility and website traffic
• Work closely with the Senior B2B Marketing Executive to refine the online and offline customer journey and improve engagement
• Oversee the design, production, and distribution of printed marketing materials to support sales and promotional activities
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights to optimise future strategies. Maintain and update B2B customer databases, ensuring data is accurately managed for targeted campaigns
• Conduct research to support the development of both traditional and digital marketing initiatives within the B2B space
• Provide monthly analytics and performance reports to senior management, identifying key trends and areas for improvement

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• Monday to Friday 9-5 with 30 mins for lunch
