Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Creator: Design, execute, and own impactful marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including events, webinars, digital ads, and social media.
2. Content: Craft engaging sales collateral and compelling copy that captivates audiences and drives conversions.
3. Digital Strategist: Optimize website performance, leverage SEO best practices, and master the art of digital advertising.
4. Partner Collaboration: Work with valued vendors to support marketing initiatives and build strong relationships.
5. Data Analyst: Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and demonstrate a clear return on investment (ROI).
6. Creative Guru: Design stunning visuals and graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud to bring marketing visions to life.
7. Lead Generation Expert: Generate high-quality leads through innovative marketing strategies and tactics.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Marketing Experience: 1-3 years of marketing experience, with a solid understanding of marketing principles.
2. Digital Dexterity: Basic understanding of on-page SEO and experience with WordPress.
3. Adobe Ace: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
4. Communication Champion: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a sales-focused mindset.
5. Team Player & Independent Achiever: Ability to collaborate effectively and manage your own projects.
6. Video Editing: Experience with video editing for YouTube is a plus.
7. Marketing Automation: Experience with email and marketing automation (especially Splotler) is a major advantage.
8. Marketing Credentials: A marketing degree or CIM qualification is desirable.
