Senior Marketing Manager

Hybrid Working Available - 2 days in the office

Salary: 41,000

Contract: Permanent Full-time

The Role

As Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of our marketing campaigns to increase income and enhance engagement with families, healthcare professionals, and supporters. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Brand and Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy while managing a talented team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement marketing plans to support key areas, including fundraising, retail, staff and volunteer recruitment, and family engagement.
  2. Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact campaigns.
  3. Lead and mentor the Marketing Manager, supporting their development and ensuring the success of their projects.
  4. Planned and delivered high-profile campaigns, such as Christmas appeal and website redevelopment.
  5. Collaborate with Creative and Digital teams to produce engaging content across owned, paid, and earned channels.
  6. Ensure brand consistency and oversee digital marketing efforts, including email marketing and volunteer engagement platforms.
  7. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maximise campaign impact.

About You

  1. A strategic and creative marketing professional with extensive experience in brand and/or marketing management.
  2. A track record of leading successful integrated campaigns and identifying target audiences.
  3. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  4. Excellent relationship-building abilities and a collaborative approach.
  5. Highly organised, data-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  6. Passionate about using marketing to drive real-world impact.
  7. Own Transport
