1. Drive sales and business growth through effective sales strategies.

3. Provide bespoke glazing solutions, tailoring offerings to customer needs.
4. Conduct client meetings, prepare detailed project briefs, and create accurate quotations.
5. Oversee projects from initial consultation to completion, collaborating with fitting teams.
6. Conduct site visits where required to ensure project success.
7. Work closely with internal departments to enhance sales processes.
8. Deliver outstanding after-sales service, fostering long-term customer relationships.

We are looking for a high-calibre sales professional who possesses:

1. 5+ years of experience in a high-end retail sales environment.
2. A deep understanding of glazing products, including windows and doors.
3. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers.
4. A professional and polished demeanour, suited to luxury retail.
5. Strong attention to detail and IT proficiency (CRM experience preferred).

1. £42,000 base salary + attractive commission structure.
