Job Title: Transport Co-ordinator
Location: Warrington (WA1 4PN)
Salary: £26,973 per annum
Shifts: Monday- Friday 08:00- 16:30 & 08:30- 17:00 rotating
Contract Type: Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Transport Co-ordinator for our client who is the world's number one manufacturer of materials handling equipment providing quality sales and service across the UK.

Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader, you will manage the delivery and collections of trucks within the organisation in order to meet customer requirements, ensuring positive communication between internal teams and their customers.

1. Review and monitor activity/orders to enable the organisation of transport.
2. Co-ordinate, plan and control all transport movements of our customers' forklift trucks and auxiliary items.
3. Communicate with customers to establish expectations for appropriate delivery dates.
4. Liaise with internal departments and centres to arrange additional services which may be required.
5. Maintain relationships and build strong communication between customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
6. Deal promptly with customer enquiries or problems and refer any complex matters to their leader.
7. Provide a high level of support to customers in respect of information and documentation as requested.
