A leading water and wastewater company is seeking a Technical Coordinator to join their Banbury team. The role involves managing maintenance operations, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Technical Coordinator to join our Thames Valley North Wastewater Operations team. This is an exciting chance to play a key role across the Cotswolds, Cherwell and Oxford areas, working predominantly in the field and closely with a supportive and experienced operations team.
As a Technical Coordinator, you’ll work side‑by‑side with local Performance Managers and a diverse team of technicians—including mechanical, electrical and ICA specialists. You’ll take ownership of delivering planned and reactive maintenance, coordinating both internal field teams and external contractors. Your focus will be on ensuring our wastewater treatment sites achieve strong plant availability, meet operational KPIs and deliver excellent service for our customers—all while keeping activities within budget.
