Technical Coordinator Role:
This developer is looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to establish new development from roads to sewers and all the utilities you expect from a modern, functional dwelling in the West Midlands. Projects based in Coventry.

Responsibilities of a Technical Coordinator:

1. Manage engineering drawing, technical reports and utility designs
2. Work with other teams to ensure designs are understood and implemented accurately
3. Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
4. Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are managed correctly

Experience:
HND or equivalent in Civil Engineering
Experience working within residential house building
Use of online drawing management systems – Viewpoint
Engineering degree of BSC / BENG
