Associate General Counsel Sr. - Pharmacy
Location : This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations.
The Associate General Counsel Sr. - Pharmacy will serve as an Associate General Counsel Sr. to CarelonRx, a pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) owned by Elevance Health. This position will be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert on pharmacy law, specifically infusion and specialty Pharmacies, strategy, licensing, compliance, innovation and regulatory matters. As such, this position requires a keen understanding of the business, legal and regulatory environment relevant to both Infusion and Specialty pharmacies.

Minimum Requirements :
Requires a JD, current license to practice law and minimum of 15 years specific pharmacy industry and / or technical legal experience post licensure including serving as the legal lead in supporting both infusion and specialty pharmacies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience :
This position is regarded as an expert in its area of expertise due to the combination of advanced legal and business knowledge. Experienced in assessing and mitigating risk on the most difficult and challenging issues and managing high-level organizational risks is highly preferred.
Displays strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative style and the ability to coordinate and work across multiple departments to achieve the desired outcome, preferred.
