The Role:

• Seeking an entrepreneurial solicitor with significant litigation, commercial and regulatory experience to lead the ABS application, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic litigation. Ideal for a lawyer passionate about legal tech, regulation, and financial services in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with SRA, FCA, and other regulations
• Support corporate and commercial law matters
• Provide litigation expertise and handle disputes
• Advise on AI-driven legal automation solutions
• Build and lead an in-house legal function

About You:

• SRA-qualified solicitor with 7+ years of PQE in litigation and regulatory/commercial law
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for legal tech
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments
