Role: Copywriter

Salary: Up to £27K DOE

Contract type: Full-time. We offer flexibility of working hours and location.

Location: Bristol (hybrid). We ask all team members to come into the office at least 3 x per quarter.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative, and efficient copywriter who thrives in a team environment. You love writing and have a natural ability to adapt your style and tone to match the brand voice. Your words don’t just fill space—they engage audiences and drive action.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting compelling copy across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency at all times.

• Writing copy for various marketing channels, including:
• Social media
• Emails
• Website content
• Blogs and thought leadership posts
• Paid ad copy
• Other marketing materials as needed
• Editing and proofreading copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency

• A strong writer with a passion for creating engaging content
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
• Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy in all written materials
• Happy adapting to evolving priorities, and working in a collaborative environment
• Ability to balance creativity with strategic messaging
• Adaptable and open to feedback, with a willingness to refine and improve copy
• A confident communicator, happy to collaborate with others on projects.
• Comfortable using AI tools and keeping up with the latest tech trends.

• Demonstrable experience of professional copywriting
• Experience writing for different audiences and different platforms
• Strong understanding of writing structure, grammar, and spelling
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for copywriting
• Familiarity with tools like Slack, ClickUp (or other project management software), and Google Drive
• Excellent time management and ability to meet multiple deadlines

• Experience working for a SaaS company
• Experience copywriting for a B2B audience
• Understanding of eSignatures and related industries
• Familiarity with WordPress for content publishing
• Experience working with HubSpot
