BRAND EXPERIENCES TEAM

The Brand Experiences team is a central team in the PC BG group that works closely with the BG global brand teams and the BU marketing teams to design and deploy culturally relevant partnerships, brand engagement plans, digital brand experiences, content infrastructure (powering an "always on" content engine) and various "Others Say" Initiatives (Community led / Social First).


JOB PURPOSE

In partnership with the Senior Digital Experience Manager, Personal Care, this role will establish and scale the digital, social and commerce content studio powered by market-leading talent and technology for PC brands globally. This role will work in close collaboration with PC brand teams, Country and 1UL marketing teams. The role focuses on driving the content workflow, innovation in content production and external partnerships that powers the content engine for PC brands globally. Additionally, this role will need to work closely with the Digital & Technology (previously called UniOps) teams to ensure relevant technology capabilities are integrated.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive modular creative adoption and creative automation across key PC markets and brands.
  • Establish the end-to-end content supply chain for PC from creation to optimization learning feedback loops from countries.
  • Driving innovation in the content through AI-based tools and new partners.
  • Work closely with the agency network designing and deploying content at scale.
  • Working with brand teams to identify content roadmaps to power the supply chain through raw shoot, digital twin artwork and modular design template.
  • Work with CMI and external content excellence technology partners to identify and codify creative elements of content driving increased effectiveness.
  • Partner with digital innovation teams to ensure content creation is linked to First party data insights.
  • Work with media partner creative teams (eg Google Creative Works, Meta Creative shop) to drive digital content best practice on PC brands.
  • Partner with Digital & Technology to integrate new technologies to build and scale PC-wide brand content infrastructure (content engine).

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Proven experience within Marketing, with specialised knowledge and skills working with digital platforms, digital and social content production and exposure to tech-enabled creative / content processes / tools.
  • This role will suit a candidate with creative and content experience for a brand, versus a candidate with more experience in pureplay technology or data roles.
  • You have hands-on experience of building content for big brands, understanding what great content looks like and the internal and external collaboration and processes that make it happen.
  • You are innately curious, externally oriented, and personally engaged in culture(s).
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem.
  • A agile mindset of experimentation and sharing of learning.
  • Collaborative approach is at the heart of the success of this role. With many teams and stakeholders involved, it is important to foster an environment of trust, companionship and partnership.
  • Ability to flex in influence and partnering; and can work with a variety of personalities.
