Our Ways of Working

We’re all about flexibility, community and a healthy work-life balance. Our hybrid model offers a 'best of both worlds' approach combining the best parts of home and office working. When you'll be in the office depends on your role, but you can expect to work from our London office between 8-12 days per month. To support this, the successful applicant should be within a reasonably commutable distance to our office (Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8HB).

Join the EVolution:

You will play a key role in within the Go-To-Market team, responsible for developing and executing the content strategy across multiple channels, with a focus on increasing engagement, brand awareness, and conversion.

You’ll also be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the creation and distribution of high-quality, impactful content that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and resonates with target audiences.
  • Developing a content roadmap that drives engagement, awareness, and conversion across all relevant channels.
  • Managing the distribution of content across the company’s website, social media, email, and other channels.
  • Monitoring content performance using analytics tools to track engagement, traffic, and conversions, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimise our strategy.
  • Using content management systems (CMS) to oversee all web content across multiple domains, including international sites.
  • Combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution to ensure content supports broader marketing initiatives and drives measurable results.

  • Proven experience in content strategy and content creation.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Good experience using website content management systems.
  • Experience using analytics tools to measure content performance and optimise strategies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with internal teams and external partners/agencies.
