Content and Communications Assistant Manager

We are looking for an experienced copywriter to join our team as a Content and Communications Assistant Manager to support the creation and execution of a compelling content and communications plan.

What does this role involve?
Joining the marketing and business development team as a Content and Communications Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining our brand voice and thought leader positioning in the marketplace.

This will include crafting written content, assisting the evolution of our tone of voice guidelines, and managing award nominations. You will also be the day-to-day point of contact for our PR agency and support them with a comprehensive media and communications plan.
Collaboration
Working closely with our marketing, business development, and external PR teams as well as key business stakeholders, you will ensure consistent and timely messaging of industry updates, campaign assets, and SEO content.
Client experience
You will liaise directly with clients and their relationship team to prepare written case studies before co-ordinating the execution of a complete video with our media production team when applicable.

In addition, you will maintain online business profiles and directories whilst creating prompt and appropriate responses to both positive and negative reviews.

• have excellent written English, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
• have strong verbal communication with the ability to present and relay information clearly
• be organised with experience working to deadlines

• be experienced developing content, copywriting, and publishing schedules
