Role: Customer Service Claims Handler
Location: Liverpool
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours a day. Rotating shifts between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend work. (Full time)
Salary: £24,255 starting salary, plus an achievable performance-related bonus, paid quarterly once established within your role.

You will be responsible for assisting our policyholders with insurance claims providing the very highest standards of customer service, ensuring that each incident is handled within appropriate time scales and in a professional manner.
