Senior Pricing Manager

We have a unique opportunity for a Senior Pricing Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to drive projects forward, lead high-achieving individuals and build strong relationships with Underwriters, Finance, Reserving, Data Engineering and Exposure Management.

A bit about the job:

This is a unique opportunity to join our Global, Corporate & Specialty (GCS) Pricing team as a Senior Pricing Manager to drive and influence growth and profits. You will report to the Head of GCS Pricing and will be accountable for pricing decisions that help Aviva meet its ambitious premium growth and profit targets. Working with a team of pricing experts, developing and implementing sophisticated predictive models to set and manage the pricing of the GCS portfolio, ensuring the right outcomes for our customers.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience of London Market Pricing, such as large account case pricing
  • Confidence in leading multiple analysts, senior analysts and managers on a variety of projects
  • Experience of conducting and reviewing rate reviews, deep dives and portfolio management
  • Consistent track record of driving and completing cross-functional projects
  • Strong coding skills in R or Python and strong interpersonal skills with stakeholders across Underwriting, Finance, Claims, etc
