Overview of the role MindWell is the mental health information and signposting website for adults in Leeds. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Content and Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our website and communications.
This part-time role is ideal for someone early in their career who has experience using content management systems (especially WordPress), and is keen to build their skills in digital content, communications, and project support. You’ll work closely with our small, friendly team to help keep our content accurate, accessible and up to date, and support a range of admin and communication tasks that help us reach people across Leeds.
This role would suit someone interested in the third sector and keen to learn more about the local mental health landscape in Leeds. You’ll gain insight into how services work together across the NHS, the council and community organisations and help us make that system easier to navigate for the people who need it most.
Salary: Scale 4 SCP 9 -11, starting at £26,409 (pro-rata)
Hours: 10 – 14 hours per week
Contract: 12 months fixed term (View to extend subject to funding)

Our vision is a better quality of life for people in Leeds. Our work is delivered in partnership with Leeds Older People’s Forum, also a registered charity.
We are a member-led network and connect the fantastic work happening across Leeds’ diverse third sector organisations with that of other organisations and strategic developments happening in health and social care. We promote and support partnership working across the city and provide information for and about the sector.
Our office is based in Leeds City Centre.
