Devon Sexual Health are looking to recruit a Results Coordinator to work alongside our existing results team at our Hub in central Exeter. This is a full time, permanent position 37.5 hours per week.

For more detail about the main duties of this role, please see the job description section below. As a key member of the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, you will be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients to stay healthy, when they need it most.

Job responsibilities

The successful applicant will work alongside the Results Co-ordinator and Health Adviser team, in order to process the results of all testing undertaken within the sexual health service and also support results processing for testing done under the National Chlamydia Screening Programme (NCSP). The post holder will communicate non-urgent results to clients.

This role requires a high degree of attention to detail when dealing with clinical results and communicating with patients. The successful applicant will ideally have experience of working in a health care setting, although this is not essential as training can be provided.

The ability to deal professionally and sensitively with members of the public is essential. A non-judgemental, positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team with a commitment to quality service delivery are essential for the role.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday
