3. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Revenues Admin Assistant to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys working with financial data and supporting the smooth operation of our revenue department.

1. Valuation, billing, collection, and enforcement of council tax and business rates.
2. Handling customer and stakeholder enquiries, providing advice, information, and assistance in person, by phone, letter, and/or other electronic methods.
3. Controlling and maintaining financial and other systems in accordance with legislation, government performance standards, and Council policies, procedures, and objectives.
4. Possessing the required knowledge and experience of council tax, business rates, and benefit legislation and procedures.
5. Providing a progressive and responsive service to customers.
