Supermicro Computer is looking for a Senior Sales Manager who is able to develop footprint in Enterprise, Public Sector, ISVs, CPSs and GSIs companies in France, with knowledge of the market and experience in the country. This position is to work from a remote home office.

1. Grow our business & market share with top Enterprise, Public Sector, ISVs, CPSs and GSIs in France.
2. Accountable for acquiring, managing, and developing new customer’s portfolio and generating new revenue.
3. Accountable for influencing customers and driving their sales motions and projects towards best Supermicro solutions fitting customer needs.
4. Accountable for regular pipeline, opportunity, and business reviews against objectives.
5. Drive customer projects internally, be advocate for winning new business and driving awareness internally to obtain necessary sponsorship and support.
6. Drive sales & go to market strategies and engagements with customers, positioning Supermicro's full solution stacks & products.

1. Min. 7 years’ experience in similar role & responsibilities.
2. Bachelor's in science or business administration.
3. Demonstrated ability to engage & influence customer C-Level and senior stakeholders and executives.
4. Understanding of compute, workloads, server, storage, management solutions, cloud data centers and enterprise IT environment.
5. Demonstrated experience in driving RFP responses and aligning winning strategies.
6. Understanding of customers’ sales motions and business (Enterprise, Public Sector, ISVs, CPSs and GSIs).
7. Strategic business thinker coupled with a passion for execution.
8. Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics.
9. Ability to work effectively across matrixed organizations and time-zones internally & with customers.
10. Strong verbal, written and presentation communications skills.
11. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), any other language a plus.
