Your Missions
As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a Campus Manager for our Ceva BEAUCOUZE industrial site. The position will be responsible for optimising the human resources, material and financial resources of the Beaucouzé industrial site in order to ensure the availability of finished products (mainly autogenous vaccines) while complying with costs, deadlines, quality and safety rules.
The Ceva BEAUCOUZE campus currently employs around 130 people and is targeting annual sales of around €16 million. It is mainly made up of a production division (with production, quality control, quality assurance, QMV, maintenance and HSE teams) as well as support functions (accounting, finance, management control, HR and IT), a microbiology division, R&D and a Customer Relations team.
This position reports directly to the Group VP Autovaccines.
You will contribute to the development of the campus' industrial policy:
You will demonstrate a real strategic vision by planning long-term capacity in line with the objectives of the autovaccines organisation.
On a day-to-day basis, you will work to improve product production costs:
You Will Ensure The Quality Of The Products Manufactured
By working closely with the campus Quality Manager, ensuring that GMPs and internal procedures are applied throughout the site.
Ensuring that staff receive ongoing GMP training.
You Attach The Utmost Importance To Meeting Production Deadlines
By working closely with your Production Manager to plan and monitor batches (according to demand).
By ensuring the responsiveness of the industrial tool according to requirements.
Role
You will play a leadership role in relation to the site's Management Committee and ensure the continuity of good social dialogue across the campus:
By leading the campus's Management Committee made up of 8 people (from the Production, Quality, R&D, HR, SRC, Microbiology / Reagent Production and Finance departments).
Together with your site HRBP, running the monthly CSE and CSE SSCT meetings, as well as social dialogue with staff representatives (signing agreements, NAO, agreement monitoring points) and all other social situations within the company.
Your Profile
You have a degree from a veterinary school or a Master's degree in engineering/business with at least 10 years' experience in managing a pharmaceutical production unit. Although you specialise in industry, you are familiar with the language of finance and can take part in business reviews and understand financial presentations.
You are dynamic, enjoy challenge and have good resistance to pressure. You will be able to manage teams and demonstrate leadership skills while also having excellent interpersonal skills with campus employees.
You speak French to interact with employees, but you also have a very good level of English to communicate with your peers abroad.
This permanent position requires you to be present on site with your teams and may sometimes require you to travel internationally.
