Country HR Manager – France
This full-time role will be based in Charles de Gaulle, France and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per week in the office.

Join our dynamic team at easyJet as our Country HR Manager based in France and play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy to align with the overarching goals of our Country Plan. In this crucial position, you will collaborate closely with the country leadership and management teams to develop and implement a comprehensive HR plan that reflects both the functional priorities and the overall strategic direction of easyJet.
Your expertise will guide the performance management processes, enhancing our high-performance culture and ensuring superior service delivery to our customers through effective coaching and proactive management.
As the HR leader in the country, you will lead employee relations, including negotiations and legal compliance, whilst building strong relationships with unions and employee representative bodies. Your strategic approach will be vital in managing recruitment, overseeing talent and succession planning, and driving the reward agenda to ensure competitive compensation practices. Additionally, you will identify learning and development needs to support career growth and organisational effectiveness.
Your role will also look after organisational development, where you will offer advice to optimise and integrate new structures and promote an engaging and inclusive workplace culture. You will provide essential guidance on local employment legislation, ensuring all HR activities comply with legal standards and contribute to the overall success and safety of our operations.

What you need to do the role
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team at easyJet, someone who brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of HR dynamics, with a minimum of five years in the field.
This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record of working effectively within a matrix organisation and engaging with trade unions.
Your ability to influence and build strong relationships will be key to delivering strategic HR initiatives and demonstrating the commercial value of HR interventions.
You will have detailed knowledge of local employment laws and have experience managing the daily operational challenges of an HR function in a fast-paced and pressurised environment.
Your strong business acumen and decision-making abilities will be essential in driving business performance and ensuring that HR strategies align with organisational goals.
You will have a high level of internal customer focus, with the capability to understand and meet the needs of the business while maintaining effective communication across all levels. A results-oriented approach is crucial, as is the ability to articulate and implement HR solutions that enhance business outcomes.
Proficiency in both English and French, along with excellent written and spoken communication skills, is required.
