The Global Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the company's employer brand and drive effective recruitment marketing campaigns. This role involves analyzing and presenting key talent acquisition processes and projects, as well as spearheading change management initiatives to optimize hiring outcomes. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing, data analysis, and change management.
Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and/or talent acquisition; strong background in data analysis and change management; hands-on experience with Google Ads and digital advertising. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong project management abilities; proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics; creative thinking for innovative marketing campaigns. Fluency in both French and English is required.
