YOUR ROLE
Under the supervision of the Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, as well as overseeing transversal projects.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Develop and manage the agency's project portfolio, maintaining a strategic watch on public action programs, investment programs, and other business opportunities.
- Propose tailored projects in response to identified opportunities, ensuring an optimal implementation plan.
- Analyze constraints, interdependencies, and ensure alignment with the agency's strategic objectives.
- Prepare and lead project governance meetings in collaboration with relevant departments and head office teams, ensuring projects receive approval.
- Oversee the progress of projects according to strategic priorities, ensuring their successful implementation.
- Provide detailed monthly reports to management and the head office on the status of ongoing projects.
- Prepare ad-hoc presentations to track project progress and share key insights with stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets in coordination with the Finance department.
- Lead transversal projects, particularly in the areas of digitization and the development of innovative solutions to support the agency's teams.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- In accordance with the provisions of Article L122-1 of the French National Service Code, only candidates aged between 18 and 28 who are European nationals will be eligible for this VIE assignment.
- Preferably a Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university, specializing in Business Administration, Management, or Entrepreneurship.
- Previous experience, particularly an internship in project management, is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, curiosity, organizational skills, and clarity.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an interest in digital solutions and tools.
