YOUR ROLE

By joining the CMA CGM Academy, you become part of a team of passionate collaborators who are constantly reinventing themselves around an ambitious goal for the Group.

As a Training Coordinator, you will be part of the Academy’s Back Office team.

You will implement all learning solutions within your scope to meet our clients’ needs, while complying with training regulations, HR policies, and the allocated budget.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  1. You select and implement individual and group learning solutions developed in-house or purchased from external providers.
  2. You organize evaluation sessions and debriefings with internal and external trainers.
  3. You deploy complex international training programs: multi-courses, multi-country, multi-language, multi-currency. You propose the most suitable deployment formats (fully online or blended paths, internal or external trainers, etc.), implement them, and create tailored reports to meet client needs. You manage each deployment as a standalone project, coordinating with the Academy teams, internal clients, trainers, and international HR teams.
  4. You book rooms, manage training materials, and send invitations to trainees and internal/external trainers.
  5. You handle administrative tasks: entering data into the HRIS, managing contracts, and processing invoices.
  6. You ensure the quality of training solutions through evaluations (immediate and follow-up) and regular interactions with participants, HR Business Partners, and trainers.
  7. You prepare funding applications in compliance with current regulations.
  8. You produce and monitor the Academy's performance indicators.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You are customer-oriented, able to prioritize effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. You have demonstrated autonomy, rigor, and proactivity. You enjoy working as part of a team and are capable of building trust with your daily contacts in an international environment.
You are skilled in managing complex projects.
You are proficient with office software tools.
You are fluent in written and spoken English.
