The purpose of this role is to provide strong leadership to a successful Digital Transformation rollout in Urology through BOOST uXcelerate & P Activate programs across EMEA. Demonstrates proven capability to manage multiple project teams to complete project milestones and drive Value Improvement efforts in the EMEA BOOST uXcelerate & P-Activate programs either on the EMEA workstreams but also in Cluster workstreams to drive implementation. Works with BOOST uXcelerate & P-Activate programs core teams, Ambassador network, and local teams to resolve technical, logistical, resource, and team interaction problems; Drives Cluster accountability on the program’s implementation and new approaches to problems encountered. Work is planned and performed with minimal general instructions as to the objectives expected.
BSC EMEA requires a Project Manager to support BOOST uXcelerate & P-Activate programs which is a new strategic transformational program to work closely with EMEA Uro functions, cross-divisional COEs, and Clusters to roll out the program aligned with the defined vision, drive integrated activities, and clear operating mechanisms for all workstreams to achieve program key goals.
