This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a (Regional Key Account Manager, France, Belgium) in (Madrid, Spain or Paris, France) with Signify.
- Deliver sales growth targets and forecasting accuracy for Signify’s Amazon 1P business.
- Manage New Product Introductions (NPI), promotions, and manage sell in / sellout to optimize inventory management and sales performance for the region.
- Ensure alignment between Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) processes and Quarterly Planning (QP) to drive operational efficiency and performance for Amazon 1P.
- Drive Signify’s Amazon 3P sales and growth initiatives for the region.
- Manage the regional account team to ensure effective collaboration and alignment towards achieving sales targets and business objectives within the specific region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Amazon promotional strategies and activities internally and externally.
- Develop and implement Amazon promotional and portfolio plans in coordination with local market leaders and local product marketing teams to drive sales and enhance brand visibility for Amazon 1P and Amazon 3P.
- Work together with Amazon retail media specialists for Europe and the central ecommerce team to optimize Advertising & Promotions (A&P) spend for Amazon and maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- Provide comprehensive reporting to internal stakeholders to track performance, make data-driven decisions, and optimize strategies for Amazon sales.
- Conduct regular business reviews with Amazon in the region to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges proactively.
- Stay informed about Amazon industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the specific region to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Support negotiations and finalize commercial agreements, pricing strategies, and promotional activities with Amazon in the specific region for both 1P and 3P.
- Act as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination between Signify and Amazon in the specific region, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Travel within the specific region and internationally as needed to meet our Amazon partners and relationships and participate in industry events.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Fluent in English. Spanish, French, and Italian speaking is a pro.
- Proven experience in key account management with Amazon or e-commerce platforms in the region.
- Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset to identify opportunities and drive business growth effectively.
- Skilled in Amazon media and tooling to optimize advertising strategies and enhance brand visibility.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Vendor Central, Remdash, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the lighting industry, market trends, and customer preferences.
