About The Role
The IT integration PM acts as the point of contact for clients and other stakeholders. During the construction of Data Center projects, the IT integration PM will be responsible for all services required for the successful delivery of the respective project.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
- Positively engaging with customers and developing, growing, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Delivering high-quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our Customer’s requirements.
- Identifying, documenting, and managing the construction phasing deliverables of the above systems and related CSA and MEP deliverables.
- Managing and ensuring compliance with the telecom material procurement process.
- Reporting the progress.
- Managing telecom installer and general contractor compliance.
- Coordinating the Client snagging, handover, and issue closeout processes.
- Creating, updating, and utilizing acceptance “smart form” for the acceptance of beneficial use spaces and systems.
- Providing scheduling input and guidance regarding proposed design solutions, change orders, optioneering, and scheduling proposals that may affect or improve committed project milestones.
- Continuous self-appraisal, compilation, and cross-regional peer sharing of Integration lessons learned and improvements throughout the construction project.
- Participating in the change management process and change justification.
- Providing input regarding proposed project phasing changes or delays, which may affect the project committed deliverables and offer potential design solutions/phasing alternatives to mitigate the same.
- Coordinating the development of the security installation and approval of physical security guarding requirements.
- Coordinating and managing the timely procurement.
- Being aware of and coordinating Integration scopes accordingly in order to aid and not impede the commissioning process.
- Performing and recording regular site installation quality reviews and coordinating handover.
- Managing and owning the turnover to operations process per area or facility depending on the project delivery schedule/model.
- Coordinating the facility partial, or complete, lockdown process.
- Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular, those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance.

About The Candidate
Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge and Key Skills
- 10+ years of professional experience in the systems integration field.
- Construction and on-site experience.
- Experience of IT integration PM for large-scale data center projects is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written.
- Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiating, financial, and numeracy skills.
- Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
