The Project!

As Transformation Office Project Manager, you will lead and manage the company's strategic transformation to ensure its long-term competitiveness and sustainability. The role involves designing, coordinating, and executing key initiatives that drive business evolution in a constantly changing environment, ensuring the organization adapts agilely and efficiently to the challenges and opportunities of the global market.

What will the role entail?

1. Lead and manage cross-departmental projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
2. Develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
3. Lead cross-functional teams, motivating and developing team members.
4. Optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
5. Identify and manage risks, resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
6. Manage communication among all project stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of progress, changes, and outcomes.

Minimum Requirements:

1. University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles.
3. Advanced English level.
4. Cross-functional teams leadership.
