Spencer Thomas continues to add to our team of highly experienced professional consultants. We have an immediate opportunity for the right person to join our team on an ADP Celergo implementation project assisting our client with managing that project.
Responsibilities:
Act as PM to move payroll to ADP Celergo: Blueprint, data gathering, UAT and go live support
Help with Process improvement: document and implement payroll efficiencies
Review Roles & Responsibilities for payroll service between ADP and client
Review T&A system, help to make it more stable
Propose design new processes
Work with UK Payroll Manager to implement CL successfully
Engagement Details: Full time engagement - Go live June 22 - Possible some travel required
Required Skills:
UK Payroll Knowledge
Experience with aforementioned phases of ADP CL project, preferably experience implementing CL
Experience as Project Manager
English language fluency
Experience with SuccessFactors is desirable, including T&A interface
