Description:
Making and managing reservations, working with computers and keeping programs, greeting guests at check-in and check-out, allocating rooms, efficiently managing complaints and problems, dealing with special requests, accounting and payments control, and using several languages by phone, email, or in person. Multitask receptionist helping in other areas of the hotel.

Answer telephone calls, check in and check out, booking control and availability supervision, prices and promotions control, problem resolution, basic accounting, payments control, customer assistance, and managing reputation online through social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter, TripAdvisor, Trivago, etc).
