Duration: 3 months

Commitment: 5 days a week, 6 hours a day

Description:

1. Managing reservations, phone calls, occupancy, check-in and check-out.
2. Control of the appropriate cleaning of the rooms.
3. Efficiently managing complaints and any problems, dealing with special requests.
4. Accounting and payments control.
5. Use of several languages by phone, email, or in person.
6. Help in general and learn how to manage customers in a small business independently.

Compensation: FREE accommodation in a shared apartment with other students. Shared kitchen and bath. Free wifi, air conditioning, gas, and electricity. 10 minutes walk from the internship place.
