1. Managing reservations, phone calls, occupancy, check-in/check-out, and ensuring the appropriate cleaning of the rooms.
2. Efficiently managing complaints and any problems, dealing with special requests, accounting, and payments control.
3. Use of several languages by phone, email, or in person.
4. Help in general and learn how to manage customers in a small business independently.
