We are looking for a Spoke member who will be responsible to interact between Service center in Chennai and plant controller of the client. Main objective of the role is to enhance a relationship with Plant Controller; collaborating to reduce noise, proposing quality improvements and mitigating risks identified through data analysis on 3 towers PTP, OTC and RTR.
The Spoke will be responsible to perform a broad set of activities, being Point of contact for communication between Service Center and Plant Controller, managing escalations redirected through Delivery team, identifying issues and proposing initiatives to improve RTR, PTP, OTC processes in the long term, tracking KPIs.
