Job summary
A leading Indigenous charity is seeking two Research Assistants to join their Research & Impact Unit. Responsibilities include reviewing past research reports, synthesizing findings into visual formats, and supporting knowledge mobilization efforts. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field, strong writing skills, and familiarity with visual tools. Responsibilities
- Reviewing and summarizing past research reports.
- Identifying and extracting key statistics, findings, and quotes for visual use.
- Populating infographic templates for hand-off to the production team.

We are currently hiring two (2) Research Assistants to join our Research & Impact Unit department. Reporting to the Research Mobilization Specialist, the Research Assistants will help synthesize existing Indspire research outputs into concise, visually ready summaries for infographic production. They will support knowledge mobilization by reviewing reports, identifying key messages, and aligning summaries with Indspire’s visual template standards.
- Reviewing and summarizing past research reports.
- Identifying and extracting key statistics, findings, and quotes for visual use.
- Populating infographic templates (Word/PowerPoint/Canva) for hand-off to production team.
- Maintaining summary logs and metadata for the knowledge library.
- Supporting research communications and dashboard data tagging.
