Sr. Research Analyst, Canada
Job Description Summary
The Senior Research Analyst, Canada will be a key spokesperson and content creator for Cushman & Wakefield’s global business, with a focus on Canada and North America. This position will be expected to understand and clearly communicate topics related to commercial real estate fundamentals, the investor and capital markets environment, and the macro economy. This position will support a variety of Cushman & Wakefield service lines and property type leadership. The Sr. Research Analyst will gather and analyze data, interpret this information to identify trends in the market, produce reports, white papers and other thought leadership, and present in-person and virtually for internal and external, client-facing audiences. This position will also partner with the Global Think Tank on other initiatives in supporting the broader enterprise, which may include accompanying brokers to client pitches/presentations, speaking at internal client events and industry events, contributing on other thought leadership content across the firm, supporting data collection/analysis and slide development for business development teams and Global Think Tank initiatives. This position will reside in the Global Think Tank and will report directly to the Head of Americas Insights.
