A leading financial services provider in Canada is seeking a Product Consultant to support and manage large cases for advisors. The role involves providing customized product solutions, detailed case support and liaising with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in individual life insurance, a university degree, and strong numerical skills. This hybrid position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Reporting to the Director, HNW Product Support, the Product Consultant’s primary responsibilities will include providing direct support and consultation to Advisors, Manulife wholesalers, and internal partners in addition to supporting large cases and ensuring that they are handled effectively and efficiently. This will involve delivering case-specific optimized product and customized concept solutions, as well as providing detailed explanations of the solutions provided, their values, and benefits. Your support will enable advisors to effectively present and close larger, more complex cases.
