Job summary
A leading IT solutions provider is seeking a Scrum Master to manage agile processes for multiple IT initiatives. This remote role requires a Canadian Citizen and an active Certified Scrum Master certification. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in an agile environment and 4 years in leading agile ceremonies. Qualifications

- 2+ years experience coaching teams on Agile methodologies.
- 4+ years experience leading agile ceremonies.
- 5+ years experience working in an agile development environment.

Education
Our Client is seeking a Scrum Master to join multiple IT initiatives. The Scrum Master will identify and remove roadblocks and distractions that affect sprint commitments and prevent delivery of product features. The Scrum Master will be responsible for the management of the agile sprint process for cross-functional program review or product delivery teams. The Scrum Master will provide leadership and mentoring in agile principles, policies, and procedures, to enable the teams to self-organize and deliver consistently on sprint deliverables. The Scrum Master will be expected to manage communication, maximize transparency, disseminate information related to service delivery, and resolve any conflict when it arises.
Work is remote. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.

- Manage the agile sprint process for cross-functional program review or product delivery teams.
- Provide leadership and mentoring in agile principles, policies, and procedures to enable teams to self-organize and deliver on sprint deliverables.
- Manage communication, maximize transparency, disseminate information related to service delivery, and resolve conflicts when they arise.
- Active Certified Scrum Master certification.
- Experience in coaching teams on Agile methodologies, facilitating agile ceremonies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. (2+ years)
- Experience leading and facilitating key agile ceremonies, including planning sessions, stand-ups, product demonstrations, and retrospectives. (4+ years)
- Experience working within an agile development environment. (5+ years)
