Purpose of the position
The HRIS Coordinator is responsible for the effective maintenance, support, and utilization of SMART’s HR software systems. This role ensures accurate data management, supports HR processes, and provides technical assistance to HR team members, in addition to proactively identifying opportunities for system enhancements to improve functionality, streamline workflows, and elevate user experience. The HRIS Coordinator plays a crucial part in analyzing and reporting HR data to aid in strategic decision-making. The HRIS Coordinator will also provide generalist support to the wider HR team as required.
