Sherwood Park Volkswagen is looking for Service Coordinator/Receptionist. This role is suitable for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to front‑line customers in our Service Department. You will play a key role in curating the service experience for our valued clients who choose to service their vehicles at our dealership. Your love of the automotive industry, cars in general, and your commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service will ensure your ultimate success.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers, responsible for scheduling appointments, managing the service calendar, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service process. Key responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, providing accurate information about our services, and coordinating with service advisors and technicians to optimize workflow.
