A church network in Canada is seeking a dedicated Finance and Office Manager to manage all accounting functions, ensure timely financial reporting, and support the church's mission. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a minimum of 5 years of related experience, and strong skills in Quickbooks. You will oversee budgeting, payroll, and financial statements while contributing to a welcoming and flexible church community. A competitive salary of $50,000 to $65,000 annually is offered.
Finance and Office Manager (Tapestry Church Network)
The Tapestry Church is a church consisting of four campuses, located in Richmond, Vancouver and Coquitlam, BC. We are a multi-ethnic, multi-generational church centered in Christ.
We are seeking a full-time Finance and Office Manager with experience in accounting and financial services. The Financial and Office Manager is responsible for the planning, directing, and coordinating of all accounting functions of the Tapestry Church network and will work with the Lead Pastor and the Treasurer of the Board of Elders. The Tapestry seeks a candidate who can demonstrate experience in accounting and financial management. Also, we seek a candidate who demonstrates an affinity with the values of the Church and looks to contribute to our church community in which flexibility, hospitality, and warmth are essential and valued.
Successful candidates will have a combination of education and experience that demonstrates that they have a heart for the church and the mission of God.
The candidate should have at minimum a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field with 5 years accounting experience, preferably in a non-profit environment. An accounting degree would be preferred. They must have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and solid experience with Quickbooks. We are looking for a person with strong administrative giftings who is strong at implementation to complement our staff team.

Salary Range
$50,000 to $65,000 annually, plus benefits.
