What part will you play?

• Promote engaging and high-quality technical marketing content and campaigns across multiple platforms and sales channels to positively impact campaign effectiveness.
• Implement and manage multiple publication channels to drive traffic and generate leads.
• Restructure, optimize, and localize existing technical content with the support of product lifecycle managers and sales to maximize customer interest and engagement in your region.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team and regional companies to expand, modularize, and localize our extensive content library.
• Repurpose existing content and campaigns for regional needs focusing primarily on digital methods.
• Plan and measure impact of global and local campaigns across digital and analog platforms.

What you need to impact the future.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a technical field within the portfolio of Siemens Electrification and Automation. Practical ‘hands on keyboard’ experience is highly valued.
• Experience in Marketing or social media platforms including SEO, Marketing Automation, Intent based marketing, as well as digital advertising.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines within Siemens Brand guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Business proficiency in English and the ability to interact with colleagues around the world. Fluency in additional languages is very advantageous.
• Culturally open-minded, diligent, and eager to learn new skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently.
• Strong digital first mindset which uses generative AI to scale and to increase quality of the productions.
• Interest in Energy, Power System, Electrification and Automation field.
