Job Description: Senior Manager – Customer and Partner Success

Job Location: Abu Dhabi – UAE

Looking for a proficient, accomplished Senior Manager – Customer and Partner Success to recruit, enable, nurture, support and manage a network of channel partners to support Presight’s business goals, execute channel strategies, increase market share and drive revenue.

Position Overview

The Senior Manager role is responsible for creating and executing scalable programs that benefit Presight’s Channel Partners. You will be primarily focused on enabling our Channel Partners to sell Presight’s portfolio of products and solutions into their customer bases, working very closely with International/Local Sales teams. You will become an expert on how Presight’s products and value propositions can enhance the way partners sell and build commerce solutions for sellers. This is an exciting opportunity working with Presight partners across the omnichannel commerce ecosystem.

This is a critical role on the sales team, and you will be required to have a good mix of abilities that include: ability to understand and explain multiple products’ value propositions, strong communication and presentation skills to create and own training programs, an ability to be a confident public speaker and product expert, and a desire to drive for significant growth in our business.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP, International Markets, you will develop, validate and execute channel strategies and Success plans for customers to build a profitable partner ecosystem and ensure client satisfaction in the high-technology space for supporting Presight’s ambitious market penetration and growth plans.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Partner Recruitment and Contracting: Identify, recruit, and contract new partners across various categories, tiers, and segments to support business needs through strategic marketing, networking, and referrals.
  • Demand Generation and Marketing: Develop, execute, and measure demand generation programs and marketing plans (both digital and physical) via field marketing and channel partners to achieve sales targets and enhance partner coverage.
  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with partner sales teams to create, validate, support, and close partner-driven sales opportunities.
  • Legal and Compliance Alignment: Ensure alignment with legal and compliance teams to maintain regulatory standards.
  • Strategic Alliances: Seek strategic alliances to co-sell with partners in regions without direct sales presence.
  • Channel Development: Develop new channels beyond immediate goals to open opportunities for overall business growth.
  • Partner Commitment: Ensure partner commitment through direct engagements, field surveys, partner events, and social mechanisms to identify and eliminate key success blocks.
  • Advisory Role: Act as an advisor for the partner and customer ecosystem, representing their voice to internal stakeholders to enhance footprint and capability expansion.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote the company and its solutions within the partner community through direct engagement and social media.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish metrics and dashboards to report on the effectiveness of channel marketing/sales executions, new product introductions, and overall performance.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing industry insights and best practices to drive product adoption as stipulated in customer contracts.
  • Proactive Issue Resolution: Proactively address potential issues before they escalate by analyzing customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.

Attributes for success:

The parameters to measure your success in the role would include ROI, average revenue per channel partner, revenue growth, partner program participation rate, channel partner churn and customer NPS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Information Technology or equivalent field

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in solution sales and channel sales or Core IT selling
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales of AI solutions
  • Project management experience
  • English & French language skills mandatory

Skills:

  • In-depth market and domain knowledge of cloud technology
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Excellent written as well as verbal communication skills

This role is based onsite in Abu Dhabi, potentially with 50% local, regional and international travel requirements.
