Responsibilities

• The Digital & Social Media Head will develop and implement digital and social strategies in support of branding, advocacy and organizational initiatives for all the clients/brands from various industries.
• The role will work to develop innovative tactics, contribute to the planning and creation of content, and assess the effectiveness of digital efforts for website and social media
• Manage all social media platforms, strategy, and planning of content calendars and campaigns
• Includes blogs, website content, podcasts, video content, etc.
• Attend organizational events and meetings, follow staff in the office or field to gather and produce real-time social content, both static and video
• Run paid advertising across multiple channels (i.e Facebook (meta), Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok etc.) and track results Utilizing tools such as Facebook Business Manager, and Google Analytics to provide insights
• Develop and monitor KPIs
• Interface with agency partners (advertising and digital) to help implement strategies and provide day-to-day support for on-going projects
• Identify emerging digital trends, best practices and technologies that would benefit the organization
• Develop and strengthen agency relationships with social media contacts throughout industries.
• Manage website including development of new websites, on-going maintenance of current website using content management system
• Monitor performance of website and report on metrics with recommended actions to improve performance including SEO
• Manage digital mailings
• Manage filing of all relevant digital content

Requirements:

• Previous Social Media experience in an agency environment leading teams
• In depth industry knowledge of best practice & operating as a thought leader in your field.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Highly organized with impeccable project management skills.
• Proven experience in creating and growing an influencer marketing and advocate program.
• A natural leader with a love of managing and developing a team.
• Has worked on multiple brands at once.
• Highly collaborative
• Global experience, especially in the GCC & Middle East, a plus. Arabic language will be a plus.
