Job description

We are seeking a skilled Zoho CRM Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing and customizing Zoho CRM to maximize its potential for improving customer relationships and business processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM systems, particularly Zoho, and will be capable of configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the CRM to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho CRM Customization & Implementation :

  • Customize Zoho CRM modules to meet specific business requirements, including sales automation, marketing automation, and customer support.
  • Implement and maintain custom workflows, fields, and reports within Zoho CRM.

Data Management & Analysis :

  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer data in Zoho CRM.
  • Conduct regular data audits and manage data cleansing activities.
  • Analyze customer data and interactions to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.

System Administration & Support :

  • Provide technical support and training to staff on Zoho CRM functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to enhance CRM functionality.
  • Integrate Zoho CRM with other systems and applications as needed.

Process Improvement & Optimization :

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements using Zoho CRM.
  • Develop strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention through CRM capabilities.

Reporting & Documentation :

  • Generate and manage reports to provide insights into customer interactions and business performance.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and workflows for future reference and training.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

Experience :

  • Proven experience in CRM management, with specific expertise in Zoho CRM.
  • Experience in customizing CRM systems and implementing complex workflows.

Skills :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of SQL and other programming languages is a plus.

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications :

  • Zoho CRM Certified Consultant or similar certifications are preferred.
  • Additional certifications in CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics are beneficial.
