Incident Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Incident Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience to lead our incident management activities for our client in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset to effectively manage incidents and minimize disruptions to business operations.

What You'll Do:

1. Act as the primary point of contact during major incidents, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
2. Oversee the incident management process from detection to resolution.
3. Perform business impact analysis to categorize and prioritize the incident.
4. Handle incident triage and communicate about the same.
5. Proactively monitor and identify incidents.
6. Collaborate with the IT cross-functional teams (IT infrastructure, IT security, dev team, app team, vendors, problem management, change management) and update about the incident management process.
7. Identify areas of improvement through the continuous improvement process.
8. Perform trend analysis and share the monthly and quarterly reports with management.
9. Cater to the Problem Management team post the closure of the incident.
10. Maintain and update the Incident Management process document.
