Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to achieve marketing goals.
2. Create engaging and relevant content, including text, image, and video, to enhance brand presence and reach the target audience.
3. Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and maintaining brand consistency.
4. Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
6. Analyse social media performance using analytical tools and generate reports with actionable insights for optimisation.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Must speak Arabic fluently.
3. Proven experience of 1-2 years as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
4. Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
7. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas.
8. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategies.
9. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
