Job summary
A leading food technology company is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Regional Operations Lead to manage operations in Dubai. Responsibilities include building and leading a high-performing team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of management experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in CRM tools. The role offers an opportunity to drive business growth across the MENA region.

- Experience in FoodTech, SaaS, or POS systems is a strong advantage.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Office Manager / Regional Operations Lead to take charge of our Dubai operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing a high-performing sales and support team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving business growth across the MENA region.
- Set up and lead the Dubai office as the main regional hub for sales and customer support.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales and support professionals.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet growth targets.
- Oversee operational workflows and ensure excellent service delivery to clients.
- Collaborate closely with our London HQ to align business objectives and performance.
- Manage CRM systems and maintain accurate client data and reporting.
- Monitor KPIs, team performance, and ensure smooth interdepartmental communication.
- Handle administrative and HR-related duties as required to maintain efficient office operations.
- 3–5 years of experience in management, operations, or team-building roles.
- Proven track record in building and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service.
- Experience in FoodTech, SaaS, or POS systems is a strong advantage.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional operations.
