Product Coordinator
Job summary
A financial institution in Sharjah is seeking a recent graduate or an individual with 2-3 years of experience in digital ventures or fintechs. The role involves preparing and reviewing policies for Islamic assets in accordance with Central Bank guidelines, alongside achieving the business plan objectives. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and demonstrate strong communication skills in both English and Arabic. This position requires proactive problem-solving abilities and adherence to financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Fresh from campus or 2-3 years of work experience in digital ventures, financial institutions or fintechs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review policies and procedures for Islamic assets based on regulations.
- Meet required business plan numbers aligned with sales and business performance.
Skills
Education
- Prepare and review Policies and Procedures for Islamic assets, based on Central Bank guidelines, Audit, Risk Operation and Risk observations and to propose actions required whenever needed; Act in coordination with the unit managers to operationalize all policy and SOP documents.
- Meeting the required business plan numbers aligned with sales and business performance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance Faculty of Economic and Business Administration.
- Fresh from campus or 2-3 years work experience in digital ventures , financial institutions or Fintechs
- Good Verbal and written communication in English & Arabic.
- Hands-on experience Teamwork of Project Management.
- Planning and organizing skill.
- Oversight and Control compliance within bank policies and procedures.
- Adherence with CB standard and Regulations Consumer protection.
- Proactive work ethic and unbending moral code.
