Position: Operations Executive / Event Assistant

• Location: Dubai
• Duration: 3-6 months (extendable or convert as permanent based on performance)
• Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Working Days & Off Days: Monday to Friday and Off Days Saturday and Sunday. However, depending on need, you may be required to work on weekends

• Main POC with supplier for various services
• Oversee and coordinate all logistical aspects of event planning and execution
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance
• Develop and maintain event timelines, schedules, and production plans
• Coordinate venue setup, audiovisual requirements, and other technical needs
• Monitor event budgets and control expenses
• Ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation
• Collaborate with marketing teams on event promotion and content creation
• Generate comprehensive post-event reports and summaries
• Assist with official correspondence, document preparation, and filing
• Liaise with some internal and external stakeholders, clients, and partners
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of events
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, exhibitors, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
• Help to maintain event project timelines, budgets, and action plans
• Assist in on-site event management including registration, logistics, and VIP hosting
