Personal Trainer - Dubai, UAE

We are seeking top-quality, certified Personal Trainers to join our team in a successful area of Dubai. This role involves working in shifts, providing excellent customer care to members, and achieving KPI and club targets to contribute to overall club performance.

• Certified Level 2 Fitness Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer, or equivalent
• Additional CPD Training courses are a plus
• Valid certificate in basic Emergency Treatment and CPR
• Registered with U.A.E. REPs at Level 3a (Full)

• Comprehensive knowledge of proper exercise techniques and equipment usage in the club
• Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety procedures

• Strong positive, inspirational, and interpersonal skills
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Effective communication skills with command of English
• Professional, honest, and self-motivated with strong business skills
• Enjoy engaging with clients and encouraging regular participation in fitness programs
• Flexible to work required hours

This is a full-time, salary plus commission-based position, offering work visas, medical insurance, overtime, paid annual leave, and other benefits, including support for future growth.

• Salary: Up to AED 4,000/month + additional personal training commissions
