Job Description
Black Pearl Charter LLC is hiring an experienced Fishing Boat Captain to lead offshore sportfishing charters in Fujairah. The ideal candidate is a confident boat driver with strong fishing knowledge, excellent safety discipline, and the ability to guide clients through a premium fishing experience. This role requires practical expertise in multi-technique fishing including trolling, slow jigging, casting, and live baiting — with the ability to adapt based on seasons, conditions, and feeding activity.
Operate the boat safely and professionally during all charter trips Navigate offshore waters confidently and manage trips efficiently Execute targeted fishing techniques based on species and conditions, including: Trolling for billfish (Marlin & Sailfish) Slow jigging for Tuna, Amberjack, Red Snapper, and reef species Casting and/or live baiting for Yellowfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, and pelagics Casting into feeding frenzies and working surface activity successfully Brief customers on safety procedures and guide them throughout the trip Maintain cleanliness, order, and professionalism on the vessel Coordinate with crew and operations team for trip readiness and customer experience
