We are seeking an experienced Senior Chemical Engineer to lead our Blending and Laboratory Department. The ideal candidate will oversee formulation development, quality control, laboratory operations, and blending activities while ensuring product consistency and process improvement. This role requires strong analytical, leadership, and process-development skills to support production efficiency and high-quality output.
- Perform chemical analysis and technical physical property testing of materials and products.
- Develop producion processes & designs.
- Coordinate and perform various tests.
- Analyze data to develop conclusions.
- Communicate results of analysis and research to senior management team.
- Prepare necessary daily reports.
- Quality control for each producƟon.
- Develop new and effective formulas.
- Manage the factory laboratory testing equipment.
- Blending Raw material to finished product
- Taking care of blending team.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in chemical blending, formulation, or manufacturing
- Must have experience in Lubricants industry.
- Strong understanding of chemical properties, testing methods, and laboratory standards.
- Proven experience in quality control, process development, and product formulations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
