IT People Gulf is seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead and shape digital product initiatives within a forward‑thinking public sector or enterprise environment. This role is essential for driving user‑centric product development, defining value‑driven roadmaps, and ensuring seamless coordination between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

As a Product Owner, you will manage and prioritize product backlogs, define clear requirements, and drive Agile product delivery across cross‑functional teams. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and business units to build intuitive, scalable digital services and platforms. The role requires strong product vision, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical features. Experience in public sector platforms, service portals, or member‑focused platforms is a strong advantage. You will use tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma to support backlog refinement, sprint planning, MVP development, and continuous product improvements.

• ✓ Own and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and prioritization based on business value
• ✓ Collaborate with UX, development, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality digital products
• ✓ Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition
• ✓ Support MVP planning and iterative product enhancements using Agile/Scrum practices
• ✓ Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and drive decision-making
• ✓ Analyze performance metrics, user behavior, and platform analytics to guide improvements
• ✓ Coordinate with UX using tools like Figma to refine user journeys and service flows
• ✓ Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical feasibility, and end‑user needs

• ✓ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Digital Media, or related field
• ✓ 5–7 years of experience in digital product management or product ownership
• ✓ Experience in public‑sector portals, digital platforms, or membership services (advantageous)
• ✓ Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management
• ✓ Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Figma, and analytics dashboards
• ✓ Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation skills
• ✓ Ability to bridge business, design, and technical teams effectively
• ✓ Understanding of user‑centric design, digital service platforms, and platform economics

• ✓ Agile Product Owner certifications (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, etc.)
• ✓ Experience in UAE government or large digital transformation programs
• ✓ Background in API‑driven platforms, integrations, or service ecosystems
• ✓ Knowledge of UX research methods and service design
• ✓ Arabic language proficiency
